More Energy

= Less problems!

My approach is based in bioenergetics and focuses on increasing cellular energy, ATP, to promote self-healing, avoid common health issues and prevent disease.

I use nutritional interventions to optimize food intake and absorption, supporting human metabolism. Key targets include:

  • Improve mitochondrial function and increase ATP production

  • Strengthen the body’s natural antioxidant defenses and reduce inflammation

  • Balance hormones to enhance metabolic processes

It’s a different approach than the usual health advice, but it’s actually very simple— it’s about getting back to how we’re built to eat—more in line with our biology.

No calorie restrictive diets, no chewing through mountains of vegetables, no countless hours in the gym.

Just more ATP.

About me,

I'm Alma—an absolute nutrition nerd and problem solver with a passion for optimization.

I'm also a licensed personal trainer and dietary advisor.

I always thought of myself as a health-conscious individual, making mindful choices for my body. I followed what I thought was the perfect "healthy" lifestyle—limiting animal products (especially high-fat ones), focusing on vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, and occasionally fish. I believed I was swimming in nutrition.

After discovering serious illness in my family—and dealing with lingering hormonal imbalances myself—I started diving into metabolic health.

It didn’t take long to realize that the healthcare system, pharmaceutical industry, and even much of the nutrition world show little interest in addressing the root causes of illness—and often don’t even recognize metabolic dysfunction as one of the most important.

Through this process, I discovered I was unknowingly undernourished, despite eating what many would consider a textbook healthy diet.

It’s actually surprisingly easy to miss the mark—especially on a trendy plant-heavy diet—and surprisingly hard to meet your body’s true needs by following general advice and modern eating habits.

I also came to see just how much misleading, unfounded “information” is out there—shaping our food choices not based on what’s best for our metabolism, but on what’s most profitable for others.

There’s something fundamentally wrong in the way our food and healthcare systems operate—and someone’s cashing in on the confusion.
